A male voice says either "Ula" or "Beulah" and then something that can't be made out...

However, when the hiss and white noise is minimized and the voice amplified, you can hear a female voice reply "I'm here"...

BASEMENT: This is the floor a Buffalo Soldier they've dubbed "The General" has been known to move furniture in. In this clip, Henry from the Paranormal Society can be heard taunting him in an effort to get a reaction. It must've worked because soon after books can be heard falling...

Here's another example of someone getting a reaction by saying something derogatory. After asking if he's 'chicken', the recording equipment captures a laugh...

HERITAGE CENTER: This is  where a body of a Civil War soldier  was found when the recent excavation started. It was here the creepiest of all the EVP's was captured. It sounds like a woman in distress followed by other voices that almost seem to be comforting and reassuring the first voice...

When the first part is cleaned up and amplified, though, it sounds like the voice is saying "George, don't go."...
